Discovery Call (30-Min)
We'll discuss your pipeline goals, target buyers, and what's not working with your current site (or competitive landscape if you're starting fresh). I'll recommend the right package and timeline for your business stage.
Step 2
Proposal & Onboarding
You'll receive a flat-rate proposal with clear deliverables and timeline. Once the invoice is paid, you'll complete a brief questionnaire covering your positioning, buyer personas, and key differentiators, plus share any existing assets.
Step 3
Strategy & Wireframes
I'll map your site structure, refine your core messaging for your ICP, and create wireframes so we're aligned on the buyer journey and conversion paths before any design begins.
Step 4
Design & Build
I'll design the site, build out pages in Wix, set strategic CTAs, connect tools (CRM, analytics, forms), and apply SEO foundations. You'll review everything on a staging link and provide feedback (revisions included based on your package).
Step 5
Launch & Handoff
I'll handle domain connection, analytics setup, redirects (if migrating), and full mobile/desktop QA. You'll receive training videos so your team can confidently make updates without needing a developer.

Wix Studio, Wordpress, Webflow, Squarespace - depending on your business needs
I primarily build on Wix Studio because it’s intuitive, flexible, and incredibly easy for clients to manage once the site is live. If you need a custom domain, payments, or checkout, you’ll likely use a Wix Business plan (usually Business Core at $29/month). If you don’t need eCommerce, Business Light often works and I’ll help you choose the right plan during our kickoff call.
That said, you are not locked into Wix. I also work with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and other platforms when it’s the better fit for your business. If you’re already on another builder, we can either keep your site where it is or migrate it — I handle the full migration process if we decide a switch makes sense.

Your site will be fully no-code, so you can update text, images, and pages easily. I also include video trainings so you feel confident managing everything after launch.

Every package includes a fully responsive website, technical SEO foundations, light copy editing, content upload, and Loom training videos so you can manage your site confidently after launch.
Launch includes up to 8 redesigned pages, basic SEO setup, mobile-first layouts, and a streamlined refresh to modernize your look and improve your conversion flow.
Scale includes custom design for up to 8 pages, improved UX, standard integrations (forms, email, maps, social), analytics setup (GA4 + Tag Manager), and strategic structure to support growing pipeline needs.
Elevate includes custom design for up to 12 pages, full branding and visual identity, advanced SEO (keyword research + conversion optimization), strategic homepage copy, a custom landing page, blog setup, e-commerce setup (up to 10 products), analytics goals, and priority support.
You can also add à-la-carte extras anytime: additional pages, landing pages, advanced copywriting, more revisions, etc.
Most websites only require two ongoing costs:

A hosting or platform plan, which you’ll purchase directly through whichever platform we use. These typically range from $15–$35/month for standard business sites, and higher for e-commerce or booking functionality.
Depending on your setup, there may be optional costs like:

And once we finalize your questionnaire, I’ll recommend the most cost-efficient plan for your features so you don’t overpay, then help connect your domain and configure everything for launch.-

You’ll purchase your own hosting plan and domain directly through the platform or provider you prefer to keep everything fully in your name and under your control.
If you already own a domain, I’ll connect it for you during setup. If not, I can guide you on where to purchase one and how to set it up.
Most platforms also offer a temporary domain during the build, so you don’t need anything in advance to get started.

You’ll have full ownership of your website, domain, and all content after launch. Nothing is locked or held by me, and I don’t keep control of your logins or charge hidden maintenance fees. Ongoing support is optional if you ever want it.
Yes.
It’s not my style to hand you a site you can’t update. Every project includes four general video tutorials (editing text, managing images, adding pages, etc.) plus one custom walkthrough specific to your site.
We’ll also do a live handoff call so you feel confident and in control from day one.
If you prefer ongoing support, I offer monthly maintenance add-ons for updates, optimizations, and small improvements as your site evolves.
