Selling a Product You Can’t Show: The Prefixe Design Website and Content Strategy
For Prefixe Design, I worked on the website and content experience around downloadable bathroom plans, helping connect design inspiration with the products available to buy.

Scope
Website design, product presentation, content, and analytics-informed improvements.

Prefixe Design was founded by an interior designer with the vision of reimagining the bathroom renovation process with pre-designed bathroom plans - used for both the homeowner and contractor.
Nothing like this exists, and with AI being increasingly used by homeowners to design their homes, we needed to double down on the value of this digital product for streamlining renovations, saving homeowners thousands from avoiding costly mistakes, and getting a designer-curated bathroom at the end of the day for less than the cost of hiring an interior designer.
Visitors need to understand what is included and how the plan can help streamline their renovation - without giving away the plans themselves, which was the main challenge.
Connecting Inspiration, Education & the Product
I worked on the presentation of the plans and supporting samples so visitors could better understand the format and contents. I also developed Pinterest material boards linked to relevant plan products, creating a more direct route from inspiration to the item being considered.

Use Behavior to Guide Change
I reviewed website and content activity to investigate how people were finding the products and moving through the experience. Those observations helped guide recommendations for clearer links, product information, and next steps.
"Working with Jaymi has been like hitting the lottery! From the minute we started I knew it was a great decision to trust her with my business website. Jaymi is professional, highly organized and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Studio Jaymi!"
